Autentična Kreativka: Željka Povreslo

Prije 5 godina svoju Hrvatsku adresu zamijenila je Francuskom. Nakon upoznavanja s novim zakonodavstvom, učenju novog jezika, duge potražnje pravoga stana i mnogih selidbi, ove godine se ohrabrila, pokrenula svoj vlastiti online posao i dala otkaz na "stalnom" zaposlenju, kako bi se mogla 100% posvetiti strategiji vlastitog sna. Donosim vam prvi dvojezični intervju, hrabre Slavonke Željke Povreslo kako bi je i njeni strani klijenti bolje upoznali. 

Five years ago she changed her Croatian address to the French one. After joining the new legislation, learning a new language, a long-term search for a good apartment and few relocations, this year she was encouraged, launched her own online job, and resigned on her "permanent" employment so that she can 100% focus on her dream job. I bring you the first bilingual interview, from the brave Slavonian woman Željka Povreslo, so that her foreign clients can get to know her better too.

1. Željka, kao uvod nam reci zašto baš Francuska? Kako si se odlučila odseliti prije 5 godina iz Slavonije u Nicu?
Željka, for the introduction, let us know why France? How did you decide to move 5 years ago from Slavonia (Croatia) to Nice?

"Prije nego sam otišla u Francusku, već sam živjela 4 godine u Zagrebu. Međutim, uvijek sam znala da neću ostati u Zagrebu, a nisam imala ni želju vraćati se više u Slavoniju s obzirom na situaciju s poslovima koja se nikako nije poboljšavala. Odlazak u Francusku mi se vrtio u glavi već neko vrijeme, no selidba se dogodila dosta nenadano, i puno prije nego li sam sanjala da ću uspjeti otići. Zašto baš Francuska? Zato što se nisam htjela povoditi za većinom. Dok je većina kretala prema Irskoj ili Njemačkoj, ja sam htjela upoznati novu kulturu, okružiti se nešto drugačijim mentalitetom, a opet ostati dovoljno blizu Hrvatskoj."

"Before I went to France, I was already living in Zagreb for four years. However, I always knew I would not stay in Zagreb, and I did not really have the desire to go back to Slavonia in the long run due to the job situation that hasn't improved over the years. Going to France has been on my mind for some time, but the relocation has happened quite unexpectedly, and much before I dreamed that I would be able to go. 
Why exactly France? Because I did not want to follow the majority. While most people moved to Ireland or Germany, I wanted to get to know a new culture, surround myself with a somewhat different mentality but still stay close enough to Croatia."

2. Nakon 5 godina u Francuskoj, raznim poslovima i učenju jezika, ove godine si se odlučila osamostaliti. Kako je tekao proces otvaranja tvrtke u Francuskoj? Jesu li znatne razlike u samom procesu i dokumentaciji nego u Hrvatskoj? 
After five years in France, various jobs and learning a new language, this year, you decided to become independent. How was the process of opening a business in France? Are there significant differences in the process and documentation itself than in Croatia?

"Osamostaljenje mi je tiha patnja oduvijek, ali nikad nije bilo pravo vrijeme, nikad dovoljno novca, nikad dovoljno dobra ideja. Uvijek je bilo pitanje što ako ne uspijem, tko će poplaćati eventualne dugove i slično. Ove godine sam sve te strahove odlučila ignorirati i krenula sam konačno i u te vode “kud puklo da puklo”.
Sam proces otvaranja je bio prilično bezbolan. Ne znam još kako ide proces otvaranja veće tvrtke, jer je moja više vrsta samozapošljavanja. Mogu imati otvoren biznis i istovremeno biti negdje zaposlena i primati plaću kao najobičniji zaposlenik. Naravno, dok  se biznis ne pokrene. Tako sam i počela. Međutim,  ispostavilo se da se ne mogu u potpunosti posvetiti razvijanju biznisa dok sam i zaposlena na puno radno vrijeme te sam na kraju ipak dala otkaz. “Micro-entrepreneur” ili mikro poduzetnik, što je trenutno moj status,  sam pokrenula bez izlaska iz stana s nekoliko klikova na portalu posvećenom za samozapošljavanje. Ispunila sam formular online i predala skenirane osobne dokumente, u mojem slučaju je bila putovnica, no dovoljna je i osobna iskaznica. Mislim da je najveća razlika između Francuske i Hrvatske  i u tome što ako nemam zarade, u Francuskoj  nisam dužna platiti porez samom činjenicom da tvrtka postoji, odnosno da imam status mikro poduzetnice."

"Being independent and my own boss has always been my silent desire, but there was never the right time, never enough money, never an idea that was good enough. There was always a question as to what if I did not succeed, what if I would pile up debts and stuff like that. This year, I decided to ignore all these fears, and finally step into those entrepreneurial "waters", whatever happens, happens.
The opening process itself was quite painless. I don't know what the process is when the company is bigger because this is more a kind of self-employment. You can have an open business and at the same time work for someone else and receive a salary as an ordinary employee. Of course, until the business doesn't start earning more money. That's what I did in the beginning. However, it turned out that I could not fully devote myself to the development of my own business while I was still employed full time. In the end, however, I resigned. "Micro-entrepreneur" which is currently my status, I started without having to leave the apartment with just a few clicks on the website dedicated to self-employment. I filled the online form and submitted scanned personal documents, in my case, it was a passport, but an ID is enough for EU citizens. I think that the biggest difference between France and Croatia is that if I am not earning yet, I am not obliged to pay tax in France with the fact that my company has the status of a micro-entrepreneur while from what I've heard in Croatia you have to pay some fees as soon as you open the company. I did pay 50 euros though for starting a business and I am paying small fees every month to a website to have my profile open so I can track my business and issue an invoice from there."

3. Odlučila si raditi kao "Virtualna asistentica". Kako taj pojam u RH još nije toliko poznat, daj nam kratak uvid u to što jedan virtualni asistent točno radi i koju vrijednost donosi tvrtkama?
You've chosen to work like a "Virtual Assistant". Since this term isn't yet so familiar, give us a brief insight into what exactly a virtual assistant does and what value does it bring to companies?

"Virtualni asistent je dosta nov i neshvaćen pojam kako u Hrvatskoj, tako i u Francuskoj. Radi se o samozaposlenoj osobi koja klijentima pruža profesionalnu administrativnu, kreativnu ili tehničku podršku  na daljinu. Virtualni asistenti nisu zaposlenici, stoga klijenti nisu odgovorni za plaćanje poreza, zdravstvenog  ili bilo kakvih drugih davanja za zaposlenike. Često se pak događa da tvrtke ne shvaćaju kako to funkcionira pa kad žele virtualnog asistenta, traže nekoga koga će zaposliti kod sebe.  Surađujući s virtualnim asistentom, klijenti također izbjegavaju logistički problem pružanja dodatnog uredskog prostora, opreme ili potrošnog materijala. Znači, klijenti plaćaju za 100% produktivan rad. Virtualni asistenti  obično rade za druge male tvrtke, a neki od poslova koje mogu obavljati uključuju tipične tajničke poslove, web dizajn i uređivanje internetskih stranica, marketing društvenih medija, i još puno toga što zahvaljujući internetu ne zahtijeva fizičku prisutnost u uredu klijenta. Osobno  sam se orijentirala na izradu internetskih stranica, njihovo održavanje i marketing, te marketing i održavanje društvenih medija  no uskoro ću proširiti  usluge i na  podršku pri otvaranju tvrtki,  strancima u Francuskoj koji žele pokrenuti posao tamo, a ne snalaze se još s francuskim jezikom."

"Virtual Assistant is a fairly new term in both countries, Croatia and France. It is a self-employed person who provides clients with professional administrative, creative or technical support from a distance. Virtual assistants are not employees, so clients are not responsible for paying taxes, healthcare or any other employee benefits. It is often the case that companies do not understand how this works, so when they want a virtual assistant, they are looking for someone to hire as an employee. By collaborating with a virtual assistant, clients also avoid the logistical problem of providing additional office space, equipment, or consumables. So, clients are only paying for 100% productive work. Virtual assistants usually work for other small businesses, and some of the things they can do include typical secretarial tasks, web design and web site editing, social media marketing, and much more because thanks to the Internet does not require a physical presence in the client's office. I personally focused on making web pages, SEO, SEM, marketing and Social media marketing. Soon I plan to expand services and support foreigners in France who want to start a business here."

4. Objavljuješ i vodiš svoje društvene mreže na francuskom jeziku. Znači li to da usluge provodiš samo za tvrtke u Francuskoj ili ti se mogu javiti svi kojima su potrebne tvoje usluge?
You publish and conduct your social networks in French. Does it mean that you only run services for companies in France or can anyone contact you (who is in need of your services)?

"Posao vodim i na engleskom i na francuskom jeziku, za tvrtke koje su već situirane ili žele doći na Azurnu obalu, no mogu se javiti svi iz bilo kojeg dijela svijeta kojima ne smeta raditi sa mnom s udaljenosti odnosno virtualno."

"Although I work in both English and French, for companies that are already in or want to get to the French Riviera, anyone from any part of the world who is willing to work with me from the distance can get in touch with me."

5. Za kraj nam reci koje ti prednosti vidiš u online poslovima i na koji način će virtualni asistenti ubuduće promijeniti tijek poslovanja?
In the end, tell us what benefits do you see in online businesses and how will virtual assistants change the course of business in the future?

"Virtualni asistenti  mogu uvelike smanjiti troškove firmama, samim time sto nemaju izdataka kod zapošljavanja novih osoba ili davanja uredskog prostora ili opreme.  U svijetu se najčešće ovim poslom bave žene koje su već radile na sličnim poslovima u korporacijama ili imaju iskustva, a iz različitih razloga su odlučile započeti samostalan biznis. Često su to majke koje žele biti prisutne dok su im djeca mala, a istovremeno ne žele "ispasti" iz svijeta biznisa. Ovaj način online poslovanja  može uvelike olakšati i zaposlenje osobama s nekim invaliditetom koji ih možda sprječava da se zaposle u tradicionalnoj tvrtki, a sposobni su i žele biti produktivni."

"Virtual assistants can greatly reduce costs for companies, as they do not have the expense of recruiting new people or providing office space or equipment. Most often, this job is done by women who have already worked in similar corporate affairs or have experience and for various reasons have decided to start an independent business. It is often the mothers who want to be present while their children are small and at the same time do not want to "fall out" from the business world.  An online business can greatly facilitate and employment for people with certain disabilities that are maybe  preventing  them to be employed in traditional companies, but who are able to and want to be productive."
